Abstract

At present, unconventional emergencies occur frequently in rural areas. Township governments, as important subjects of rural emergency governance, their emergency governance capability needs to be strengthened. In order to improve the emergency governance capacity of township governments in a targeted manner, on the basis of reviewing the existing related research, and according to the whole process of emergency governance, the factors affecting the emergency governance capability of township governments are qualitatively analyzed in this paper. This study could provide relevant reference for strengthening the emergency governance capacity of China’s township governments.
