- Abstract
Taking six private colleges and universities in Dongguan as examples, this paper selects some teachers for investigation and analysis, formulates the corresponding questionnaire, and analyzes the data with SPSS software. The conclusions are as follows: Job satisfaction is negatively correlated with turnover intention, among which salary and welfare, personal development and working environment are negatively correlated with turnover intention.
