Abstract

In order to decrease the plating temperature of electroless nickel plating, this paper introduces the ultrasonic wave into the electroless nickel plating process. First, we give the concept of ultrasonic low-temperature electroless nickel plating, then point out the experimental materials and methods, and finally explore the experimental results from the perspectives of influence of ligand, complex agent, stabilizer and PH value to provide reference for the study of the low temperature electroless nickel plating.
