- Abstract
With the development of society and the progress of the times, people’s living standards have gradually improved, the problem of food and clothing has been solved, and how to eat healthy has become the mainstream of the diet of the times, but the improvement of diet has also brought obesity and concern to the majority of food lovers. In this paper, through reading a large amount of literature, using literature reading method, questionnaire survey method, actual exploration and other research methods to penetrate into the mainstream diet of society, to explore the impact of high-calorie food intake and systematic sports on the physical health of the general population in China. It also discusses the food intake and exercise consumption of human body, reasonable nutrition absorption, moderate exercise for health, sports to increase consumption, and establishment of systematic nutrition intake, and makes relevant suggestions on the nutrition absorption structure of the general population in China, and many factors such as high-calorie food intake body weight. The authors of this paper, Yuan Li and Ge Li, jointly participated in the research and writing of this paper and are the co-first authors.
