- Abstract
From the perspective of moral psychological mechanism, to carry out criticism and self-criticism, one is to inspire the subjective motivation of criticism and self-criticism in a people-oriented way:Sublime desire to a higher level with raising and falling, Firm belief in a blend of artistic conception, Activate the team and cultivate emotions, Build character and cultivate virtue. The second is to grasp the emotional use of criticism and self-criticism in the most matter-of-fact way: (1) Control the emotional direction focusing on the issue but not the person (can be angry but not disgust, know to feel guilt but not shame.) (2) Master the emotional expression based on classification and rank (For the question of methods and concepts, to be persuasive, suggestive and enlightening, In the case of ethical conduct, it is important to reproach and warning criticism, For discipline and route problems, should have Critical, disciplinary criticism).
