Abstract

According to the central government's thought of "precise poverty alleviation" and the law of education and the law of the growth of poor students in families, we should seek truth from facts and adjust measures according to local conditions, develop "guarantee-type aid" to "development-type aid", establish the working mechanism of "precise aid", continuously improve the "precision" of student aid, and combine poverty alleviation with support. We should combine subsidized education with humanistic care, combine talent training with family poverty alleviation, explore a more scientific and humane funding system, and construct a new model of development-oriented subsidized education.
