Abstract

In this paper, the co-integration theory and Granger causality test theory are used to analyze the relationship between urbanization level and employment structure in Beijing. The results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between urbanization level and employment structure. The improvement of urbanization level promotes the adjustment of the employment structure in Beijing.
