Abstract

In the past, the research of employee feedback seeking starts from a proactive perspective, and simply considers performance feedback or other positive effect. However, feedback seeking does not necessarily lead to high performance. As a result, by reviewing the relevant theories and literature, it is proved that self-motivation is also an important motivation for feedback seeking. Finally, the direction of future research is also pointed out.
