- Abstract
Ensuring the safety of school staff and students is not only an important guarantee to achieve the purpose of education, but also a prerequisite to ensure the smooth development of various activities in the school. With the increasing complexity of school personnel structure and the increasing number of unstable factors, the construction of safe campus is urgent. At present, the theory of "resilience" is mainly applied to solve urban problems. As a micro society, schools have many similarities with the society. Therefore, from the point of view of "resilience", this paper will take colleges and universities as the research object to explore new management methods to ensure the safety and stability of schools. This paper will start from three dimensions: the basic characteristics of school resilience, the basic elements of school resilience and the framework of school resilience. This paper analyzes the significance of applying "resilience" theory to solve the problem of school safety management, and the five basic elements to be followed in the process of school construction, and summarizes the framework of school resilience, which can be used to guide the process of school construction and put forward some reasonable suggestions.
