Abstract

Well-known educators are the models in the teachers’ team. It is important to research on well-known educators’ professional development for the value and significance of the construction of the teachers’ team. This article is a review of the studies on the growth of well-known educators. It includes the analysis and definition of the related concept, the induction, collation and analysis of the current research status, and the existing problems. By the article, hope the research on growth of well-known educators more in-depth and achievements enrich.
