- Abstract
This paper offers the analysis of the Protection of the Mining area in the time of armed conflict under the perspective of International law and especially international humanitarian law. It argues that mining area is protected area under the International humanitarian law as protected object. However, mining is one of the reason could lead the conflict, and one of the area that the enemy want to take over. In the end, this paper will also to investigate whether the mining area have nexus to the armed conflict, and endeavors to assess how international law and international humanitarian law protect the mining area.
