Abstract

As an important part of Chinese culture and Chinese specific regime, Health Qigong has now been promoted vigorously in Benin. As a former coach of Health Qigong in Benin, the author has done research on the popularization and promotion of Health Qigong based on its current situation, so as to stimulate the full development of Health Qigong there.
