- Abstract
In view of the urgent situation of the construction of the national unified electricity market system, in accordance with the principle of “unified control, hierarchical authorization, high efficiency and flexibility”, the new marketing management system mechanism of “vertical integration and horizontal synergy” of large-scale power generation enterprises has been innovatively put forward to help strengthen its ability to enhance the ability of power generation enterprises to integrate and optimize resources in large regions and to compete in the market.
