This paper primarily explores the application of big data technology in inventory management, focusing on three main aspects: product demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and real-time inventory monitoring. Big data technology enables precise product demand predictions and inventory optimization, helping companies reduce inventory costs, improve inventory efficiency, mitigate inventory risks, and enhance customer satisfaction. This, in turn, boosts the company’s competitiveness and profitability.
