Proceedings of the 2018 8th International Conference on Education and Management (ICEM 2018)
The 8th International Conference on Education and Management (ICEM 2018) was held in Shenyang, China on 29-31 December, 2018.
The conference also provides an interdisciplinary forum for researchers, practitioners and scholars to present and discuss the most recent innovations and developments in the field of education and management.
The three-day conference brought together the specialists from different countries and organizations and provided an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge, make oral contributions and poster presentations, and to initiate discussions on the topics that are of interest to the conference participants.
ICEM 2018 received more than 395 papers and 145 papers have been accept. The selected papers of the conference cover a wide range of technical areas and modern aspects of the education and management.
The editors would like to express their sincere appreciations and thanks to all the members of the ICEM 2018 Conference Organizing Committee and the Technical Program Committee for their tremendous efforts. They are indebted to the referees for their constructive comments on the papers.
