Abstract

In order to effectively manage the construction risk of tunnel crossing existing bridge projects with active underpinning technology, the relations of risk factors were analyzed using interpretive structural mode. Used WBS - RBS method to identify all risk factors, established the risk factors adjacency matrix, calculated and divided the reachability matrix. The risk factors of tunneling through existing bridge using active underpinning technology were classified into nine levels. Through analyzing the relations of nine levels, clarified the relationship between risk factors, made recommendations for project risk management, suggested benefits for dynamic risk management of the project.
