Abstract

Coal is an important pillar of energy security and sustainable economic development in India. India is rich in coal resources, the rapid growth of coal demand was led with the rapid development of its economy in recent years. On the basis of systematic analysis of characteristics of coal resources, development and utilization status, the situation of export and import, points out some existing problems in the development process of India coal industry, this will provide some scientific basis for India coal production and consumption in the future.
