Abstract

with the continuous improvement of urban modernization and the gradual social transformation, the problem of aging has gradually emerged and become a social livelihood problem. Therefore, nursing homes have mushroomed in recent years, showing its vitality. But their service quality varied greatly. Taking Tianjin as an example, on the basis of SERVQUAL theory, we found out the existing problems of nursing homes through the questionnaire survey, such as problems of single function, backward infrastructure, a lack of professional service and so on. For corresponding solutions, we suggest that nursing homes offer more humanized and diversified service and build professional team to promote the reform and optimization of nursing homes.
