- Abstract
The paper examines the main characteristics and driving forces of the global process of massification of higher education in the following countries, for example, Great Britain, Sweden and Russia. The reasons for the differences in the development and results of this process in these countries are analyzed. The role of state management in the process of massification of higher education in the context of globalization is revealed.
