The 1st International Conference on Education: Current Issues and Digital Technologies (ICECIDT 2021) was held on March 30-31, 2021 in Moscow by the International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Conference was held in the online format.

ICECIDT 2021 was jointly organized by the International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Moscow, Russia) and Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference planning Co., Ltd. (Zhengzhou, China).

The Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Education: Current Issues and Digital Technologies are the result of a discussion of topical issues faced by modern teachers, researchers and education leaders in today's changing world.

Much attention was paid to the discussion of models of application of IT in teaching in the conditions of transformation of the education system and searching for a new paradigm.

The Conference was attended by scientists from Russia, China, the United Kingdom, the United States, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Thailand and Kyrgyzstan. 140 articles were submitted to the Conference, 94 of them were accepted for publication after a thorough review by three reviewers.
