The agreement of the Ministers of Education and Culture in Southeast Asia at the SEAMEO Council Conference (SEAMEC) in July 2019 in Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia is in the field of Early Childhood Education and Family Education. This agreement is a top priority and will be implemented by empowering SEAMEO CECCEP as the leading sector.
