Abstract

A plug-in electrostatic sensor simulative model was built through COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software. The sensitivity distribution on the center section of a plug-in electrostatic sensor was simulated and investigated. Through comparing different sensitivity distribution under the conditions of different electrode insert depths and of different electrode diameters, the influences of these factors on the sensitivity of electrostatic sensor were analyzed and discussed.
