Abstract

This article uses the balanced score card (BSC) and various analysis method construct the evaluation index system of social services.Based on the BSC to build model, using factor analysis, descriptive analysis, hierarchical analysis method, it is used in study of higher education school of social service function of performance measurement. This article hopes to find a unified standard in China's colleges and universities social service evaluation index method, to improve and popularize this method.
