Abstract

In order to cope with the increasingly serious problem of population aging, the top-level system design must be done well. How to take multiple measures to effectively contain the decline of fertility rate in China is the fundamental strategy to cope with the challenges of aging. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate and implement effective population policies and integrate such policies with relevant socio-economic policies, so as to play a synergistic role.
