Abstract

The article takes private university of Huanghe Science and Technology College as example, analyzes current situation and reasons of use ratio of foreign literature widely existing in private universities and brings forward countermeasures implemented for low use ratio of foreign literature in the era of knowledge economy. Strengthen development, management and utilization of foreign literature, greatly improve use ratio of foreign literature, let limited foreign literature resources furthest come into play, and then drive continuous development of private university.
