Abstract

By combining literature research with field research, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the status quo of talents in Liangshan from macro data analysis to field interview. It points out the status quo of the unreasonable talent structure, the scarcity of management talents and the shortage of highly educated talents in Liangshan area. The causes of the status quo of talents in Liangshan district were analyzed in this paper from the historical, social, economic development and other directions.
