- Abstract
The paper focuses on the main tasks of quality management, substantiates the importance of improving approaches to managing human resources in an organization, the need to improve the system of organizational behaviour and form an effective system of human resources quality in modern knowledge economy. It suggests conclusions on the value of key provisions of the concepts of knowledge management, quality management, business processes reengineering, lean manufacturing and the concept of "six sigma".
