Abstract

The current employment of college graduates faces new challenges. To do a good job in graduate employment, it is necessary to build a college employment guidance system, so as to give full play to the role of employment guidance in colleges and universities, and to realize the whole process and professionalism of employment guidance education. Education and improvement of students' employment competitiveness as well as social-economic adaptability have become the top priority of the current employment reform in colleges and universities.
