Abstract

The scientific and technological innovation has become one of the research hotspots in the area of targeted poverty alleviation. The paper put forward the dynamic management structure of targeted poverty alleviation, combining the basis connotation of the long-term mechanism, based on the survey of Lianhua in Jiangxi province. The paper also sets up the basis frame of the long-term mechanism, and proposes the suggestion of the mechanism.
