This paper aims to explore the application of BIM technology in construction engineering management and its benefits. By analyzing the core functions of BIM technology and its actual application cases in the construction process, this paper demonstrates the importance of BIM technology in improving construction efficiency, ensuring project quality, and promoting project collaboration.
