Abstract

This paper classifies the People’s Bank of China’s performance auditing indexes into 3E objective indexes and internal control management indexes. objective indexes are used to measure the economy, efficiency, and effect of audited unit’s performance, and we discuss specific internal control indexes in the People’s Bank of China’s performance auditing.
