- Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction to organization commitment, with the development of a career as variable intervening. the research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. A line B, 96 permanent employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of job satisfaction to organization commitment directly is greater than trough development carrier as intervening variable.
