Abstract

Broadband salary as a modern salary model has been discussed and concerned by all parties. This article briefly describes the difference between broadband salary and traditional salary and its characteristics and scope of application. From the perspective of trial calculation, according to the 6-step method of broadband salary, the design and application of the salary system are completed. It is hoped that example calculations can provide reference for the design and implementation of enterprise broadband salary.
