Abstract

In this paper, we propose a novel power communication access network for Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) based WDM-PON. OFDM improved WDM-PON in the flexibility of the bandwidth allocation. The OFDM-WDM-PON can effectively seclude the distribution services from the electricity services. Furthermore the novel PON structure could increase the bandwidth by using different OFDM sub-carrier allocation used in electric power communication access network.
