Abstract

BOM database is designed through the analysis of the actual situation of the production workshop of the torque converter and the demand of enterprise. This paper analyzes scheduling management module, material distribution management module, real-time monitoring module and management module in the hydraulic torque converter production workshop MES. The table structure of BOM database is determined. Finally, the application of BOM database in MES is proposed.
