Abstract

Postmodernism trend of thought pays attention to the main forms of art and the technical innovation in the process of creation, which brings conflicts to the development of ceramic art. As a kind of academic ideological trend with multiple value orientations, the postmodern artistic trend values the historical and cultural vein on one hand, and does not stick to the traditional thinking mode on the other hand. With the continuous development and progress of contemporary ceramic art, the nature of ceramic art returning to its original nature has been highlighted, and the continuous innovation of ceramic products has also been carried out. The postmodernism art trend advocates the diversified value model of natural existence and artificial innovation. The influence of this model on contemporary ceramic art is reflected in the cultural sharing and humanistic care in the process of ceramic art creation.
