Abstract

With the development of the city, transportation becomes an important factor in the development of a city. Starting from the drawbacks of the traditional means of solving the traffic information collection, using mobile phones as the signal collection of traffic information means the emerging mining and using the valuable information in the era of big data, which brings new ideas for the traffic policy and services for the collection and analysis of OD to solve the traffic problems in urban planning.
