Abstract

The low- power and portable proton exchange membrane fuel cell has the features of quick start, high power density and efficient energy conversion. It is widely used in the small equipment’s power source devices. However, the characteristics of temperature change of proton exchange membrane fuel cell is one of the heat management research. This thesis studies the influential factors of proton exchange membrane fuel cell when it compulsively convections and cools . Through the way of numerical simulation to build 3D mathematical model, using audio-visual and thermal energy coupling, it gains the key parameters’ distributional characteristics which influence the cell’s compulsive convection and cooling.
