Abstract

Site investigation and monitoring on public buildings in Nanjing, analyses on the status and existing problems. Put forward the objective and principle of green transformation, raised the appropriate greening technology reform and seismic strengthening technology. The energy consumption of buildings’ total life cycle is minimal.
