Abstract

The ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction process parameter of Tengjiao (Zanthoxylum schinifolium) oil, such as time, temperature, ratio of solid to liquid, microwave power and ultrasonic power, have been studied by orthogonal experiments. The results indicate that, using colza oil as the extraction medium, the best processes were 7min, 110 , ratio of solid to liquid 1:25, microwave power 400W and ultrasonic power 800W.
