Abstract

China paid less attention on small and medium enterprises (short for SME) than the reform of state-owned enterprises before and didn’t find an effective way to support their development from different sides. Based on the analysis of the SMEs’ comprehensive evaluation model of external environment in Inner Mongolia, this paper offers some policy recommendations from five aspects; they are the natural environment and infrastructure, economic environment, technological environment, government and information channel. The intention of this paper is to provide government and relevant intuition with some references when they make decisions and to power the SMEs’ sustainable development in Inner Mongolia
