- Abstract
Based on the related researches on cultural intelligence, cultural distance and innovation performance, this paper proposes the theoretical hypothesis of the relationship between the cultural intelligence of the acquirer and the overseas technology M&A innovation performance, using the cultural distance as the moderator. Stata13.1 is used to analyze the data from enterprises that conduct technology M&A. The results show that the organizational culture intelligence of the acquirer has a positive impact on the innovation performance of technology M&A, and the cultural distance has a moderating effect on the above relationship.
