Welcome to the Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Research of Agricultural and Food Technologies (I-CRAFT 2025). The primary purpose of the conference is to form a venue to disseminate scientific information on various current and near-future applications of agricultural and food engineering practices and technologies used in different parts of Turkiye and worldwide. In this framework, many academicians, researchers, entrepreneurs and manufacturers related to the study area of agricultural and food engineering from Turkiye and other countries had the opportunity to mutually convey their experiences and ideas to their colleagues and stakeholders.
