This article presents the results of empirical research aimed at identifying the psychological structure of students in the Humanities conflictological competence. Conflictological competence is a type of professional competence, which includes the readiness and ability to manage conflicts in the professional activity. In the course of the study it was revealed that conflictological competence is an integrative property, including adaptive, personal, operational, volitional, anti-aggressive, functional, active, cognitive indicators. These indicators are combined into four components: adaptive-operational, cognitive, functional-active, personal-regulative. It is established that in general, students of Humanities are characterized by rather high level of formation of these components, but their volitional self-regulation, adaptive capabilities, skills of active listening and reflection need development.
