Abstract

The paper puts forward the implicit demand of construction contract with the support of Incomplete Contracting Theory, and conducts a systematic study on it by building a model of which use "think", "say", "write" three dimensions from the perspective of human cognition and expressions. And further, defines the connotation of implicit demand of construction contract and classifies its performance models. This paper provides a new train of thought for the study of improving the efficiency of contract management.
