Abstract

We can conclude that Xi Jinping inherited and developed the Mao Zedong’s theory on literature and art by the comparison of the twice forum on literature and art. They both adhere the people’s principal position in the country, the leadship of the party and the guidance of marxism, they also affirm the value of literature and art. Meanwhile, Xi Jinping enriched and completed the value and function of literature and art, and put forward the new require to the literature and art worker and their creation.
