Abstract

Indonesia is one of the major destinations for foreign tourists. With a total foreign exchange of 15 million dollars in 2017, Indonesia has an opportunity to increase its tourism business potential. However, there are still several problems related to tourism such as the low capacity of human resources managing tourism objects, infrastructure and infrastructure that have not yet been established, and the mode of transportation that has not been integrated with tourist attractions. This study aims to get the right model in terms of integrated tourism. This study uses qualitative methods with literature study techniques. The results of this study indicate that Destination Management Organization that applies integrated tourism needs to implement: a) The forming of DMO b) Provision of Tourism Information Centers c) Integrated Modes of Transportation, and d) a set of Robust Infrastructure
