Abstract

With the rapid development of electric bicycle, its disadvantages and advantages have gradually appeared which has brought the wide argument on prohibiting and limiting. As the normative governance model, the directory management system has been paid more attention in the field of electric bicycle. This is because it possesses the basis of constitution and law and accords with the idea of rule of law. Through the inspection of detailed methods of the directory management for electric bicycle in various areas, from the three aspects of subject setting, effects and responsibilities, this paper puts forward detailed suggestions for the improvement of national directory management for electric bicycle.
