- Abstract
In this work, by employing the Hausdorff measure of noncompactness, controllability of fractional impulsive neutral functional inclusions with a noncompact semigroup in a Banach space has been addressed where a multifunction is of Caratheodory type. Sufficient conditions for the controllability are established using topological degree theory for condensing operators.
