Website: www.emfips.cn Welcome to 2023 International Conference on Economic Management, Financial Inno- vation and Public Service (EMFIPS 2023). The conference was successfully held during December 29–30, 2023, in Cangzhou, China. The idea of the conference is for the sci- entists, scholars, engineers, and students from universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the universities and the industry. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, establish business or research relations, and find global partners for future collaboration. EMFIPS 2023 also aims to provide a platform for experts, scholars, engineers, technicians, and technology R&D personnel to share scientific research results and cutting-edge tech- nologies, understand academic development trends, expand research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote cooperation in the industrialization of academic achievements. The conference will be held every year. Themeeting focused on the latest research fields of “economic management,” “public administration,” and “financial innovation.” It consists of two parts: oral presentations and speeches of keynote speakers. More than 50 participants attended the meeting; they were from China, Japan, Singapore, UK, and more. In the keynote presentations part, we invited two professors as our keynote speakers. The first one, Professor JiaWu, Business School of Shandong University, had outstand- ing research in labor economics. His speech topic is: Exchange risk and asset returns; foreign exchange investment is analyzed from two aspects of risk and return. The other keynote speaker is Associate Professor of Head of Technical Economics and Manage- ment Department at Southeast University; his speech topic is: The relationship between energy economic efficiency, energy environmental performance, and regional economic growth. We are very grateful to the keynote speakers, session chairs, and members of the organizing committee, whose active participation and enthusiastic presentations, as well as the participants’ enthusiasm for networking, made this conference a great success.We are also grateful to all the authors who contributed papers to the conference and whose active contributions contributed to the successful conclusion of our conference.
